YES!!!!! WE WON~~~~

Once again HP won the BEST FAMILY MOVIE award in the National Movie Award!!!

Plus, the

Special Recognition Award

well, honestly who will be more deserved than HP to have this award?

David Heyman's speech really made me tear up.
Emma looks like she's about to start crying any second. I guess it must be the whole HP-ending thing. Hell, I'd be pretty upset myself.

DH Filming Finishing in Two Weeks; Radcliffe and Watson Reflect

oh~ poor Dan...

People Magazine has a short article online which features a few quotes from actors Dan Radcliffe (Harry Potter) and Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) on the ending of the Harry Potter films. Speaking at the National Movie Awards ceremony last night, Dan Radcliffe is quoted as saying:

"I will be devastated [when it's over]. There is nothing I watch without it triggering a series of memories. Everything [about the films] is so linked to my life. At the same time, it is exciting. It is the end."
The article goes on to reveal that two weeks of filming remain, which, for Miss Watson, make her feel as if "someone is dying." She continues by saying, "this kind of love and recognition is just incredible. It is also really emotional for me. I am proud."

More on DH Epilogue scene

There is a brief report online today from a recent set visit the Philippine Daily Inquirer made to the set of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows." The article features a short discussion with Harry Potter actors Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) and Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) regarding the long-anticipated Epilogue scene, where their characters, nineteen years later, send their children off to Hogwarts. Quoatege:
Like Rupert, who had scenes with a boy actor who plays his child (“The kid looks just like me!”), Tom Felton also acted with a youngster who portrays his offspring. “It was bizarre, nerve-wracking and poignant at the same time, because it reminded me of how I began,” pointed out Tom, who is as nice in person as he is evil as Draco Malfoy.

Some “Harry Potter” buffs are known to be rabid, but one of Tom’s followers takes the cake. This fan actually changed his name to Lucius Malfoy, built a house similar to the Malfoy Manor described in JK Rowling’s novels, and even asked Tom’s mom if he could adopt him. “Luckily, Mom turned it down,” Tom quipped.

The article continues, with comments from Potter producer David Baron, who notes that "There are three sensible places where we can do the split." Mr. Grint again speaks to the kiss he will share with actress Emma Watson in the film
“The first take was quite hard,” said Rupert, who recalled that they did four takes of the smooch, which many “Harry Potter” fans around the world can’t wait to see.

Why they didn't mention about Lily Luna Potter??
Can't wait to see their 'children' ^~^

Singing & Dancing DANIEL

The Daily Mail has a report online which notes that actor Dan Radcliffe (Harry Potter) is currently undergoing daily singing lessons and frequent dance lessons in preparation for his upcoming role in the remake of the 1960s musical "How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying." The show's director, Rob Ashford, comments that:

"[Dan's] singing every day with a vocal coach in London and I've got my assistant putting him through his dance paces every other day. I'm covering all bases with Daniel - and he's delivering."
The article goes on to note:
Rose Hemingway, who has been cast opposite Daniel as his stage girlfriend Rosemary Pilkington, told me she did her audition with Daniel.
'He's been doing a lot of work and he's going to surprise people. He's not afraid to learn how to do things,' the 26-year-old actress from Philadelphia said.

Dancing & singing?? It sounds fun! Can't wait to see Dan's performance ^^
